Course Content
Course spans the complete journey from the equipment verification at vendors facilities, through fabrication (mechanical completion), pre-commissioning, commissioning, process startup and final facility handover to Operations.
The purpose of this course is to provide guidance on the completions process and management control system for inspection and test activities associated with any project. The course contains a description of the processes involved in the preparation and execution of the completions management and defines the system capability and responsibilities of parties involved through the various stages of the project completion process.
